Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. At the time of delivery:

  • Try Before You Buy: You may inspect and try on the item while the courier is present. If the item is unsuitable for any reason, you can return it on spot.

  • Shipping Fees: If you choose to return the item, you will have to pay the shipping fees. 

2. After receiving your order (once the courier delegate has left):

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or exchange without any additional shipping charges but you have to contact us with proof of case to investigate and confirm first. 

  • Other Returns or Exchanges: If you wish to return or exchange the item for any other reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via Whatsapp, Facebook or Instagram, providing your order details and a photo of the item in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that the return or exchange will incur additional shipping fees after our specialized team confirms the process.

3. Refunds:

  • Approval Process: If your return or exchange request is approved, a refund will be issued within 48 working hours after we have received the item.

  • Refund Methods: Refunds are processed via Instapay or Vodafone Cash only.

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds with the courier, either for exchange price differences or returns.

:أثناء استلام الأوردر

  • طبقًا لسياستنا، بيتم تجربة الأوردر أثناء انتظار المندوب

  • في حال انه غير مناسب → بيتم استرجاعه كاملًا في الحال مع دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط

:بعد استلام الأوردر و رحيل المندوب

  • يمكنك الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بدون مصاريف شحن في حال وجود عيب صناعة

  • في حال الرغبة في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لأي أسباب أخرى، بيتم التواصل معنا خلال ٤٨ ساعة فقط من الاستلام عن طريق الواتساب، الفيسبوك أو الانستجرام، مع توضيح تفاصيل الأوردر و إرسال صورة من التصميم في حالته الأصلية (لم يتم ارتداؤه أو غسله)

  • و بيتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بمصاريف شحن إضافية بعد التأكيد مع القسم المختص

 :استرداد المبلغ

  •  في حالة قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع → سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال ٤٨ ساعة عمل بعد استرجاع المندوب للقطعة و استلام القسم المختص لها

  • طرق الاسترداد: عن طريق إنستاباي أو فودافون كاش فقط

  • غير متاح استرداده كاش مع المندوب سواء في حالة الاستبدال مع فرق السعر أو الاسترجاع
